The municipality must publish on its website the list of all contracts involving an expenditure of more than $ 2,000 with the same contractor, made during the last complete previous fiscal year, when all of these contracts involve a total expenditure of more than $ 25,000. The list indicates, for each contract, the name of each contracting partner, the amount of the consideration and the object of the contract (art., 961.4 (2) C.M.).
