Boat Launch ramps
TWO BOAT LAUNCHES WITH ACCESS TO LAKE MEMPHREMAGOGÂ
The first boat launch ramp is located at Forand Park. (201 Narrows Road Route 247)
The second boat launch ramp is located in Georgeville at 48 Copp’s Square.
User permits will be issued subject to certain conditions.
For residents of Stanstead Township, all services remain free of charge.
Including the issuance of permits, parking with a trailer, and boat launching at Forand Park in Fitch Bay, and at Copp’s Square in Georgeville.
You must provide proof of residency in Stanstead Township and registration in your name for the boat(s) parked at your dock, with a maximum of up to 3 boats per dock. Washing your boat is free and mandatory.
Visitors, friends, and non-resident family members are required to pay parking fees and boat launch ramp fees.
For non-resident boats parked at your dock, the mutual agreement form is available at both boat launch ramp locations, (Fitch Bay & Georgeville) and must be completed by both parties.
For non-residents’ of Stanstead Township, you are required to pay parking fees and boat launch ramp fees.

Boat wash is free and mandatory for everyone.
Resident status
All residents must provide proof that their residential address in the municipality matches the address listed on the registration of the boat in question, otherwise the rates in Appendix A or Article 6 will apply, as applicable. (See Bylaw No. 428-2019)
Non-residents who rent a space in a marina or multi-boat dock:
Applicants for a user sticker must:
1- Go in person to the municipal car wash attendant with:
a. Photo ID with address;
b. The boat’s registration;
2- Provide a valid copy of the lease (the lease term must be indicated) for a space in a municipal marina.
N.B. Without this demonstration, the fees used will be those of a non-resident.

Non-residential fees:
Non-residents, or visitors will be required to pay parking fees or fees for using the boat ramps. If non-resident boats are parked at your dock, the mutual agreement form is available at both locations (Fitch Bay & Georgeville) and must be completed by both parties.

Boat launch of Lake Lovering
The boat launch of Lake Lovering is accessible from the des Tourterelles street. It is reserved for the residents of stanstead Township. A permanent gate is installed and you must have the key to access it. To obtain the key, citizens must present themselves at the Capitainerie at 353, Hatley Street (launching ramp, Magog River) and deposit $ 35 (cash or debit). You must present a document issued by the municipality (778 Sheldon Road) confirming that you are a resident of Stanstead Township and your certificate of registration of the vessel.
