ln order to foster harmonious local development around a common vision, the municipality retained the services of Rues principales in 2019 to assist it in undertaking a process of consultation with local citizens in order to strengthen the vitality of Fitch Bay’s village core.
OBJECTIVE: To develop a vision that will clarify the potential of Fitch Bay’s village core with a plan to be undertaken to revitalize its territory.

An action plan timeline was established considering the short (2 years), medium (3-4 years) and the long term (5 years) for the actions that could be undertaken in the years following the presentation of the plan. The whole always being subject to the priorities of the revitalization committee and the time and financial capacity of the Municipality.
