Summer Yoga by the Lake
Paule-André Bouvier – Instructor
The practice will include a series of movements with
breathing exercises and meditation.
This program will offer a gentle way to energise and
balance the beginning of a summer day.
10 consecutive Tuesdays beginning June 25th
and ending August 27th 2024 – sessions of 60
minutes from 8:30 am to 9:30 am at Weir Park

Summer Tai Chi by the lake
Studio Mouvance – Nabhan
This ancient form of yang style accentuates the usage
of mind and heart to move towards the vital energy of
chi. Chi ameliorates blood circulation, vitalizes bone
structure and other internal organs.
Tai Chi – 10 sessions – Thursdays from July 4th to
September 5th from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Weir
Park

Pilates by the lake
Studio Mouvance – Marie Florance
(introductory level)
Recognized throughout the world, the Pilates method
strengthens and refines the muscles while releasing
body tensions. It also improves posture and increases
flexibility.
Thursdays from 10:30 am to 11:30 am – July 4th to
September 5th at Weir Park

Strengthening and stretching exercise class
One-hour beginners strengthening and stretching exercise class with Lee-Anne.
You will be using your own body weight to activate your muscles. The exercises
will be done from a standing position. If you require extra support, it is suggested
you bring a chair to hold onto, and/or sit in while doing the exercises.
Classes will run each Wednesday from July 3RD to August 21ST, 2024, from 9
to 10 am, at Weir Park.

These activities are free for the citizens of Ogden and for citizens of
Stanstead and Stanstead Townships, organized by the Ogden Culture
& Leisure Committee and sponsored by the Municipality of Ogden
