Planning Advisory Committee

The Planning Advisory Committee is a group of people mandated by the municipal council to give advice on the applications submitted to it in the field of urban planning and development. The committee is composed of at least one member of the municipal council and residents in order to guide and support urban planning actions.

The Planning Advisory Committee’s recommendations and advice allow municipal council to make informed decisions on issues such as: a minor variance, site planning and architectural integration plan, an application for the authorization of a conditional use or a specific project for the construction, modification or building occupancy, construction or subdivision projects due to certain constraints.
