Councillor Louise Hébert gave notice of motion that at a future meeting of Council, a by-law bearing No. 440-2020 entitled ”Fire prevention by-law” will be presented for adoption.
The purpose of this by-law will be to standardize fire prevention provisions for all municipalities members of the Régie incendie Memphrémagog Est.
Tabling of the draft by-law is done, which is now available for consultation.
Council members acknowledge having received a copy of the draft by-law no later than three days before the meeting and renounce to its reading.
